Payment Acceptance
Cooler H2O will accept bank transfer for goods and services delivered. Any order will be dispatched or be available for pickup, after the payment has cleared.
Guarantee
Cooler H2O guarantees all goods for 90 days for manufacturing faults. Cooler H2O will replace free of charge any failed component (other than consumables) within 1 years of purchase so long as the product has been correctly installed and complying with all manufacturer’s installation instructions.
All preloved Water Coolers are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee, if product faulty.
We request that all Inline Water Coolers are installed with a pressure reducing/limiting device.
Cooler H2O Ltd acknowledges the purchaser’s rights under the Fair-Trading Act 1996 and the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
Dispatch
Cooler H2O guarantees to dispatch orders within 48 hours (2 working days) of receipt of payment for goods ordered.
We undertake to keep all products in stock but if heavy demand or unforeseen shipping issues we are unable to comply with this undertaking, we apologize and will communicate any delays to the customer.
Return of products
Cooler H2O is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact us for return within 14 days of receipt of product. Product to be in its original saleable condition and we will either replace it or refund your purchase price via internet banking transfer (must in repackaged in its original manufacturers packaging)
If you are returning an item for a prior agreed exchange, the collection and return of the product will be organised by Cooler H2O. Please discuss returns with Cooler H2O staff on freephone 0800 226 540. Please note if return is not organised with us, your private courier charges on returns are not refundable.
Our quality control team inspects every delivery to ensure that the products you receive meet our high standards. However, if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us on 0800 225 540 to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
Cooler H2O engages courier company Aramex, to insure the safe delivery of goods in transit. Please ensure you check your delivery for any damage prior to signing the delivery docket for the product. If any transit damage, please report to Cooler H2O immediately so that the proper process can be followed.
We deliver to all urban addresses. If you live/work at a rural address then the product can be delivered to the closest Aramex Depot, for your collection.
